Welcome to Greenland Central School!

Greenland Central School is comprised of grades K through 8 with an enrollment of approximately 360 students.  The school is organized around “houses” and teaching teams- grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8, with each grade currently consisting of two or three class sections.

Our faculty and SAU 50 colleagues are dedicated to utilizing Professional Learning Communities (PLC) to meet the needs of the whole child. They review, refine, and align our programming with state standards to ensure it addresses the needs of students. Our staff deliver high-quality instruction with clear expectations, gather and use performance data effectively, and provide support tailored to each learner's achievement level and overall development.
